Kevin Cashman is a Fellow at Economists for Peace and Security and was previously a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Economic and Policy Research in Washington, D.C. Kevin’s work focuses on US foreign policy and the role and influence of the United States within the global economy. His expertise includes the functioning of the global financial system, the mechanisms through which the United States can impose and enforce sanctions, and the role of alternative international reserve assets such as Special Drawing Rights.
